Homegrown Minneapolis businesses are my favorite. They’re very keen on their marketing goals and know how to tell a designer what they like (or don’t). I evaluated their competition which ranged from professionally staffed sites to sites done by the business owner themselves. We set the middle ground with a technical theme and editing compatibility with Adobe Dreamweaver. The client was willing to give their own flavor to the site instead of using a CMS.
